To place an order, just browse our Shop and select your desired products to add to your cart. Once products are added you must complete the checkout as you would on any site. You will receive payment instructions in your confirmation email. After we receive payment, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. Click here for more info.

You can simply email us at hello@shroomedibles.ca to let us know whether you want to cancel, edit, or add an to your order. Please know that if your order has already been shipped out then it is to late for us to do anything.
If you placed an order and haven’t received an order confirmation email with payment instructions or tracking number, please make sure to check your spam/junk folders. Also sometimes our emails may be found in your promotions folder. Add our email as a contact to avoid this from happening hello@shroomedibles.ca
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must reach out to us within one day of receiving your order with a summary of the issue along with photos and videos

You must be over the age of 19 and provide a valid piece of government issued ID.
All orders are shipped discreetly with no indication of what is inside the package.
All our products are packaged in smell-proof bags for extra security and privacy.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of the expected date, reach out to us at hello@shroomedibles.ca.
Please note, we’re not responsible for lost orders due to:
- Postal office errors
- Incorrect address/unit # provided by customers
- Theft of packages after delivery
If a trace is initiated, Canada Post will investigate, which may take up to two weeks.
If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and there’s no update, it could be due to the following reasons:
- We’re in the process of shipping your package, and it hasn’t been scanned yet at the post office.
- The package has been dropped off at the post office, but it hasn’t been scanned by the clerk, or the scan was missed. The next scan will occur later in the day at the processing center.
- There may be a glitch in Canada Post’s tracking system with the tracking number.
Don’t worry, once the package is in the Canada Post system, it’s on its way to you. Expect delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on your distance from a major city in your province.
Our members typically receive their packages on time or just a day later. If you haven’t received yours after 2 days, please let us know.
Currently we DO NOT ship to the US. We only ship within Canada.
